28 Days of Self Care Challenge :: Wrap Up!

I have to start off by saying that I am SO PROUD of us!

At this point, your habit should feel much more routine, but it’s important to continue with your commitment past this challenge. The more you prioritize self care, the happier you’ll feel. Your health will improve and you’ll begin to notice positive shifts in ALL areas of your life as a result of putting yourself first.

Additionally, if you want to make this a habit for life, work towards making it 67 days. That’s the latest scientific data on how long it takes to form a habit. So keep it up! Find a friend our family member to continue holding you accountable, or feel free to check in here and let me know how you’re doing. :)

Since starting this program I am on my way to obtaining my bachelors degree, I have reinvested in my own my business, and started really focusing on my fitness. I am much happier and much more productive; laziness is a thing of the past!
