28 Days of Self Care Challenge :: Wrap Up!

I have to start off by saying that I am SO PROUD of us!

At this point, your habit should feel much more routine, but it’s important to continue with your commitment past this challenge. The more you prioritize self care, the happier you’ll feel. Your health will improve and you’ll begin to notice positive shifts in ALL areas of your life as a result of putting yourself first.

Additionally, if you want to make this a habit for life, work towards making it 67 days. That’s the latest scientific data on how long it takes to form a habit. So keep it up! Find a friend our family member to continue holding you accountable, or feel free to check in here and let me know how you’re doing. :)

Give me an update!

How do you feel?

What shifts did you notice, what’s changed?

Do you intend to continue with this personal commitment going forward?

And the winner of the awesome prizes is…

Kayla!

Send me an email to claim your AWESOME prizes.

But wait, there’s more! ;)

I will, for sure, continue this practice. I’m now working on adding yoga to my morning routine. I loved having a place to check in and tell about my progress. Thanks so much for this.
Thank you for helping me build this practice.

I will absolutely work toward day 67! This has been a great exercise for me. I usually start these types of things with great aspirations, but fizzle out in week two. It was great to be accountable to coming to the site each day and checking in on everyone else’s progress. Thank you for this great exercise and the new habit!

Thanks for running this challenge … My body has loved a month of regular yoga practice!

It’s changed my life. It made me became clear on where I am heading with my career and now it’s all falling into place. I can see it going just the way I dreamed of. I’m full of ideas and creativity now and I can put those ideas into practice. I’ve got my fire back. I’m excited, happy and full of energy. Thank you. — Charlie Oswin
